GMRC Facade Technology: The building utilizes GMRC (Glass fiber Reinforced Magnesium Cement) panels for its exterior curtain wall.

    

Thermal and Sunlight Management: The design incorporates a concept that transforms sunlight to prevent the glass from becoming excessively hot . In winter, the system allows sunlight to enter the building, while in other seasons, it provides solar shading to manage heat levels.

    

When these two styles are combined, the result can be a home that is both sophisticated and charming. The clean lines of modern architecture can be softened by incorporating French Provincial elements such as decorative moldings, curved arches, and intricate wrought iron details.
